Good news for meat lovers! In our menu there are new steaks: Striploin, Chuck Roll and Flank Steak.
Striploin is a thin edge cut from the cut, consisting of a single muscle. On its perimeter is a thin strip of fat, giving the meat juiciness and aroma. It is considered a classic men’s steak.
Chuck Roll is cut from the last part of the thick edge. It is a neck, a gradually narrowing extension of the muscle that constitutes the Ribai cut. It is as juicy as Ribai itself, but is more tender and fragrant and contains more fatty layers.
Flank steak is cut from the lower abdomen. The elongated and flat piece does not contain bones or fat. Its distinctive feature is long fibers, as well as a rich meat flavor.
